This is your captain speaking!
If you didn’t catch our stream last Thursday, you missed out! We had a very successful first official special guest on our stream, itsamerico! We played the first episode of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy – A Tell Tale Series and our guest indulged us in his amazing replica Star Lord costume. We got through it like we do any other game, which is by barely paying attention to the game itself. (Seriously, chat is too fun to ignore!) We all found it really interesting that they combined the recent comic book renditions of the characters with hints of the cinematic universe’s version, but where the plot is going, I have no idea! It ended on an interesting cliff hanger, though we did find the after credits a bit long and boring. I am excited to pick up the rest of the episode as it releases. If this is something you’d like to see us stream again, let us know!
It was a great chance for viewers to ask him questions as well, and we learned so much about the man behind the Chris Pratt Mask.
We hoped that this opportunity opens up doors for future guests on the stream. If you have any recommendations, please feel free to let us know! It was a lot of fun finishing up the night with some Jackbox Party games, too. Our audience is seriously hilarious and clever.
